- Designed, implemented, and maintained a Novell IntranetWare-based, nine-site, 300 workstation, wide-area network for the Enhanced Training and Opportunities Program (ETOP).
- Installed leased lines at Lucent Technologies manufacturing locations as transport for ETOP's WAN and planned Internet services. Hardware included Cisco routers and CSU/DSUs. Software included Cisco firmware and IntranetWare Multiprotocol Router.
- Performed company-wide software upgrade for ETOP, converting and configuring 300 workstations at nine Lucent manufacturing sites nationwide to run Windows 95.
- Designed, implemented, and maintained the ETOP's Web, SMTP/POP3 e-mail, DNS, and News servers. Software included Novell IntranetWare, Linux, Unoverica Mail Transport, Unoverica DNS, and INN.
- Managed assistants in supporting infrastucture upgrades and support for Microsoft operating systems and application software used in both training and production for ETOP.
- Managed assistants in supporting server, workstation, and WAN hardware for ETOP.
